Welcome to The Forsaken

The Forsaken is a worldbuilding/writing project by SmallCat! I'll be working on this in my free time between other projects and I'll post short stories, art pieces, and just general ramblings here.

The Forsaken is a weird-west styled world where folks resettle a stretch of land that was long abandoned by people, due to forgotten conflicts with the gods of the land in the past. A capitalist nicknamed The Suited Man convinced people to sell everything they had to move out to the Forsaken, where only stubborn land and ferocious Beasts awaited. The Suited Man's company and legacy holds power over the people of The Forsaken, at least until a young revolutionary named Winnona inspires the folks of the land to rise up against it (the focus of my novel-length project).
